Holloway's Golf is the sole retailer of our putters. Unless you know someone that has purchased one of our putters or seen one on a golf course, we realize you have no way of trying one out in person until you have made a purchase with us and have it in your hands. For that reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your Force Focus Series Putter upon receiving it, return it to us for your putter retail price refund. (Sorry but we do not refund shipping and handling charges, Custom Color charge, or 2PC Shaft Option charge.)
Terms and conditions: Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of your UPS delivery date. Putter(s) must be in new unused condition and returned with headcover in the original box it was shipped in to you. Refunds will be made to you in the same form of payment we received. Paypal payments will receive refund to your Paypal Account. Mail Orders will receive a US Postal Money Order. Please e-mail us to let us know to expect your return and the reason why so your refund can be expedited as quickly as possible. Please make return to our machine shop address above.
PLEASE NOTE: We feel 7 days business days gives you more than enough "hands on" in person time to see for yourself our putters: Quality, design and craftsmanship. Evaluate our Force Focus Series alignment, balance, and feel. Experience our putters performance when compared to others. We know purchasing from the internet can be a tough choice and decision.
